The short answer is no! Is this an issue though? If you have made your way here, I'm hoping not! Get yourself down to your local registry office and sign that bit of paper, you can do that very easily with two witnesses and Bob's your uncle Fanny's your aunt. Each council varies, but this can start from as little as £65, WORD TO THE WISE, council websites don't often advertise the cheapest way of getting married... because obv they want to earn as much money as possible (!). So, you will likely need to give them a ring/email and request their cheapest 2+2 package (you + two witnesses). Once you've done that bit... go and have the most epic date with your new legal spouse (I always think it's a nice time to do the mini-moon!) and save the partying with pals until THE BIG DAY, which will include a ceremony led by me.... hopefully. 

Where are you based?

I am a Camberwell born, Dulwich bred, West Norwood living lady. A South East Londoner through and through. I have, however, made the life choice to marry a farmer's daughter, so as a family we spend a lot of time on the Gloucestershire/Herefordshire border where said farm is based (Aston Ingham, since you asked). My fees are all inclusive within a 30mile radius of West Norwood, the farm and also for the venues I am on the recommended supplier list for. I am keen and willing to travel further afield! There will be a 45p per mile charge outside the 30mile radius stated above + accommodation (I'm not a diva, happy with a Travelodge/Airbnb vibe which I'll organise). For destination weddings we can chat flights and accommodation also, I will need to charge a day rate for travel days which will be organised at £150 per day.

How does this all work?

We set up a free no obligation phone call. If you want to move forward, then hopefully I'm free on the date you've chosen and I'll ask you to sign a contract and pay a booking fee (which is included in the overall price). Then the fun bit starts! We will have a video call or meeting in person in order for me to really get to know you and start the writing process. I might ask you for some of your key people's contact details to glean info from them also! I will deliver the script to you a reasonable amount of time before the ceremony, so you have enough time to make some edits if you like, there'll be another payment before the script is delivered. Then, full payment is made the week before the ceremony and we're GOOD TO GO! 

What if you're ill on the day?

The Celebrant world is a lovely close knit community, I'll ring round the people who I think are your vibe and ensure they're briefed and have the script I've written. 

Are you a humanist?

No! I'm an Independent Celebrant and not tied to any particular faiths or beliefs. That means we can tie in things from all sorts of religions and cultures, so the ceremony completely aligns with your values. 

What if we've fallen in love with you, but can't afford you?
